Terms & Conditions

At Lazy Birds Outsource Company our terms are simple!

Please allow her up to 24 hours to return phone calls, texts and e-mails.

Any actual expenses will be billed when the items or services are purchased for the client. (If any.)

For most projects we request a 25% payment when the project begins.

Balance is due when your site is complete. Once the balance is paid, I will transfer your site information, making the website available to you and ready for use.

Appointments
Appointments can generally be scheduled the same day, and are on a first come first serve basis.

Our Hours of Operation
Monday -Friday
7:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m.

We normally arrive for appointments within five minutes of the scheduled time. We will contact you if we are going to be more than fifteen minutes late for a scheduled appointment.

After hours appointments are scheduled as needed and subject to the availability of our technicians and service experts.

Off-site services are performed during normal business hours.

Mobile services are available upon request, and most services can be done through Skype, Google Hangout, through e-mail, etc. depending on the clients need and at the clients request.

Cancellations
There are no charges for appointment cancellations and service consultations.
